Patrick's not been feeling too chipper of late, so I popped round to see him this morning.
As he hadn't been out in the R8 for a while he wanted to go out and clear the cobwebs away, so I of course was happy to join him.

I was also rewarded with the blat home. :D

It's rather nice to drive. :thumbup:

Tunnels are always approached by dropping 2 cogs and nailing it. I'm sure Nige and the 2x Dave's know what I mean. :angel:

The gear shift takes a little getting used to, but does feel 'right' as you 'snick' it into the next one.

Anyway, hopefully Patrck will be felling better soon, and I'm ALWAYS around to help out taking the car(s) for a drive if he needs.. :twisted:

Love the '6's but they're just big mile-munchers. Bloody fast no doubt, but more point and go in straight lines.

An R8 V10 though is a different proposition altogether - still ~£65k.
